The CDM (Construction, Design & Management) 2015 Regulations place duties on all those who can contribute to the health and safety of a construction project.
The Regulations give specific duties to Clients, Principal Designers, Designers, Principle Contractors, Contractors and Workers, and require each “duty holder” to understand and fulfil their obligations on a UK construction project.
All of our Principal Designers and CDM Advisors are suitably qualified and have extensive experience of construction disciplines.
Our CDM service supports many contractors with their CDM responsibilities and can provide a range of services to duty holders helping them ensure a smooth transition to CDM 2015. As part of the “Principal Designer” role we can undertake the following:
- Site Appraisals
- Design Stage Pre-Construction Information Development
- CDM Design Reviews
- Attendance at Design Meetings
- Tender Stage Pre-Construction Information
- CDM Compliance Audits and Inspections
- Health & Safety Files
