Managing Director
Marisa is the founder and director of Safety Forward. She spent 22 years working in the public sector, largely law enforcement, before setting up her business. Marisa has utilised the skills gained from working in a high risk organisation, to lead on topics such as working at height and hazardous substances. Her experience has given her the ability to “think on her feet” and lead on complex safety projects. Marisa is a keen equestrian and is currently trying her hand at golf. In her spare time she loves walking and getting out in the countryside.

Consultant
Kieron is an experienced health & safety professional who has worked in a number of industries and sectors. He is one of the new generation of health and safety professionals who’s innovative thinking allows him to fit comfortably into any commercial environment. Recently he’s been working on a project with a global robotics organisation implementing their UK health and safety management system. In his spare time he loves to watch Aston Villa and is a season ticket holder.

Vicki Sutton - Tech IOSH

Consultant / Trainer
Vicki started out in the legal sector working at a law firm, later moving to an engineering company where she progressed through the business over a 12 year period. Her interest in health and safety started there when she became responsible for the businesses’ health and safety and accreditations. Vicki studied to obtain her health and safety and training qualifications and moved from office management out into the field. She is a conscientious, self-motivated and disciplined individual with strong administrative, interpersonal and business skills. With an approachable, friendly and fun personality, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also has a passion for her animals, the gym and the outdoors.

Michelle Palmer-Caulton

Finance Manager
Michelle has previously worked for several large national retail and leisure companies, overseeing the installation and training for their point of sale systems. Her project management skills led her to work with an elite nationwide residential lettings agent, dealing with overseas clients used to an exceptional level of service. More recently she dedicated her time to working within the education system utilising her skill set to enable children to reach their full potential. Michelle enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, travelling, dining out and taking walks in the countryside. Her guilty pleasure is watching endless episodes of Real Housewives of any county.
Zuzanna Bialkowska Safety Forward

Zuzanna Bialkowska

Junior Health & Safety Consultant
Zuzanna is a Fire and Rescue Degree graduate, continuously developing herself in the Master’s degree in the Fire Safety Engineering. Her passion to the health and safety field started to grow during the Bachelor course where she became motivated to expand her skills and knowledge by undertaking NEBOSH General Certificate. She is a hard-working and communicative individual with a strong interpersonal skills. Her positive attitude makes her approachable to clients and co-workers, what positively reflects on her work ethics and the company values. In the free time, she loves mountain walking and singing with a guitar accompaniment.

Jasmin Campbell

Health & Safety Administrator
Jasmin is an events management graduate which gave her insight into health and safety whilst working on projects regarding the safety and care of people. This formed her interest in the subject, having worked toward professional qualifications in the subject and seek out opportunities to develop her skills and expertise. She is self – motivated disciplined and professional. Jasmin enjoys reading books, spending time with her family, dining out and seeing live music shows and playing guitar in her spare time.

Business Support Administrator
Reece is a Music Degree graduate who begins his post graduate studies in jazz at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in September 2021. Ambitious to learn new skills and overcome a variety of challenges, and comfortable working as part of a team, Reece is motivated in becoming an integral part of this company. With experience in event organisation and management of his own social media for such events, Reece has former experience with business related social media, and loves meeting new people. He is a social and outgoing individual who will always dive into new opportunities with confidence. He is a huge football fan who spends his free time playing for Penkridge local pub team The Cross Keys FC.
